how reservations work

🏠 Cheras Main Branch · open 2:30pm – 11:45pm

  • mangosteen bingsu is a seasonal special — not available every day.
  • online reservation runs on weekdays only: opens 11am, closes 5pm (or once slots are full).
  • weekends & public holidays: walk-in only — no online reservation.
  • reserving holds your bingsu only (pay RM35 in store). seating is first-come — tables are not reserved.
  • "slots full" means reservations are full, not the bingsu — you can still walk in. check our instagram for the real sellout.
