1. online reservations (cheras main branch)

• Online reservation is offered for the seasonal Queen Delight mangosteen bingsu only, at the Cheras main branch only. The Central Market outlet is walk-in.
• Reservations require a free membership (your mobile number). Weekdays only; the window opens at 11:00am and closes at 5:00pm or earlier once the day's slots are full. Weekends and public holidays are walk-in only.
• A reservation holds one bingsu for the day it is made. It does not reserve a table; seating is first-come.
• Payment (RM35) is made in store on redemption. Show your reservation pass (code) at the counter.
• Unredeemed reservations lapse at closing time. Repeated no-shows may lead to reservation privileges being paused.
• To protect availability for everyone, we cap reservations per member and per device per day and may cancel duplicate or suspicious bookings.
• "Slots full" means the online allocation is taken; walk-in stock may still be available in store.

2. membership, points & vouchers

• Membership is free and personal to you. One account per mobile number. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Points and vouchers, where offered, have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may carry expiry dates shown in your member hub.
• We may adjust, pause or end the programme with reasonable notice on this site. Earned points remain redeemable during the notice period.
• Fraud, abuse or misuse of the programme may result in forfeiture of points and closure of the account.

3. prices & availability

• Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit. Central Market prices are inclusive of 6% SST. Prices may change without notice; the price at the counter applies.
• Seasonal items (including the mangosteen bingsu) depend on fruit availability and may sell out or be withdrawn without notice.
• Photographs are illustrative; fruit is seasonal and plating varies.

4. allergens

Our kitchens handle milk, nuts (including peanuts and pistachio), eggs, wheat and soy. We serve no pork and no alcohol. Please tell our staff about any allergy before ordering; we will advise but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
